The Sales & Marketing Lead - Grazologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Woodinville, WA, responsible for driving local sales growth and brand awareness. This role manages day-to-day outreach to corporate and event clients, nurtures repeat business, and builds relationships with community partners and local organizations. The Grazologist develops and executes local marketing initiatives, including social media content, promotions, and participation in community events to showcase Graze Craze's offerings.
Daily activities include responding to inquiries, guiding customers through product options, coordinating catering orders, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience. The role also involves tracking sales performance, reporting results to leadership, and supporting store staff through training and coaching on sales and service best practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present offerings effectively to diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality, relationship building, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, closing, upselling, and managing a pipeline of corporate and event clients.
- Experience in food service, catering, hospitality, or retail environments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Woodinville, WA, with flexible hours including weekends or evenings as business needs require.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (POS systems, CRM or contact tracking, social media platforms, and office software).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders and marketing activities simultaneously.
