• Diagnose and repair plumbing problems in residential settings
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and components
• Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes
• Possess knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions for plumbing issues
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Plumber
• Detail‑oriented and skilled at multitasking
• An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Professionalism – take pride in your work and appearance
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
• Willingness to submit to and pass pre‑employment background check and drug test (MJ OK)
