Hourly rate: $40 - $55 per hour [DOE]. BASE + commissions:
You are paid hourly for every hour worked. RES
01 paid at higher pay rate.

Commissions: Earn a percentage based on Monthly Sales on top of hourly rate. Average 1st year is $110K+.

• Must have an active Washington State Plumbing License - Current active PL02 / RES
  02 (READY to test within 60 - 90 days) or PL01 / Res
  01 License required.
• Residential service plumbing experience of 5+ years.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to keep up to date on the Plumbing Business.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as a Team member.
• Valid WA Driver’s License with good driving record. Must be an insurable driver, possess a current State Driver's License, be 25 years of age with 2+ years of driving experience.

• Engage with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and undertake a wide range of residential plumbing issues.
• Adhere to local and national plumbing codes to ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks are compliant.
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities and team meetings to support continuous professional development.
• Complete physical removal of existing fixtures and installation of new fixtures/systems commonly associated with plumbing work.
• Accurately track repairs and work completed in Service Titan - including submitting required documents & photos; take customer payments.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs. safely; up to 100 lbs. with a dolly or field assistance), work in attic and crawl spaces.

Service area covers all of Northern WA Counties (from Seattle up to Bellingham) and Southern WA Counties (Renton to Tacoma). Position will dispatch out of our Woodinville, WA Support Center. Applicants should live within a 25 to 35‑minute commute of Woodinville, WA and have a safe place to park the company truck during off‑hours. Background checks and drug screening will be performed with an offer of employment.
