NSC Staffing is seeking 1 Working Lead and 3 Floor Care Technicians to join our team for an exciting opportunity to support our commercial and industrial clients. This is a hands-on position for motivated individuals who take pride in detailed, high-quality work.

Position Overview:
As a Floor Care Technician, you will master advanced cleaning and restoration techniques for a variety of surfaces - including carpet, upholstery, tile, stone, metal, vinyl, and concrete. Using our advanced, high-performance equipment, you'll work closely with Supervisors and Managers to execute projects that meet client expectations. The role includes keeping tools, vehicles, and work spaces clean, adhering to strict safety protocols, and traveling as needed for client projects and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment for cleaning and restoration services (carpet, upholstery, tile, stone, metal, vinyl, and concrete).
• Lead or assist in project execution with a focus on quality, detail, and efficiency.
• Ensure work areas, tools, and vehicles remain clean and properly maintained.
• Follow all safety standards, guidelines, and best practices at every job site.
• Log job details, photos, and reports using mobile apps or digital tools.
• Support training sessions and travel to client locations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong attention to detail with an "artisan's" approach to work.
• Excellent teamwork, integrity, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Professionalism, strong work ethic, and reliability are a must.
• Basic computer literacy (mobile app usage for reporting).
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules.
• Must be able to pass background checks for high-profile clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous floor cleaning and restoration experience (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8+ hours).
• Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting (26-50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working in commercial, industrial, or confined spaces.

Work Schedule & Environment:

• In-person, on-site work.
• Flexible shifts, with evenings and weekends required.
• Majority of work occurs during 11:00 PM - 5:00 AM.
• Travel required for projects and specialized training events.
