Shift Manager – Independent Franchisee Restaurant

Shift Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Key duties include:

• Planning and staffing for each shift.
• Monitoring shift performance and maintaining McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Managing crew and supervising other managers during the shift.
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for the next shift.

• Minimum 18 years old.
