• Handle glass installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients
• Work with windows, mirrors, and custom glass designs
• Read blueprints and technical drawings
• Cut, fit, seal glass; use hand and power tools
• Ensure safety and quality workmanship

• Proven experience as a Glass Technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of glass types and installation techniques
• Experience with glass cutting, fitting, and sealing
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Solid mechanical skills and familiarity with tools
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
