Behavior Technician (BT) – Kids Club ABA
Join Kids Club ABA to provide high‑quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. The role involves working under the supervision of a BCBA and delivering one‑on‑one treatment, data collection, and family collaboration.
Base Pay Range$24.00 per hour – $30.00 per hour

Job SummaryThe Behavior Technician (BT) will implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills. The role includes:
- Providing one‑on‑one ABA therapy
- Implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data
- Assisting in developing individualized treatment and behavior plans
- Collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of strategies
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate medical records
- Supporting clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
- Conducting structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
- Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
