- Mentoring and supporting nursing students throughout their academic journey
- Promoting excellence in nursing education and patient-centered care
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher preferred
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Nursing clinical experience
- Previous teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to student success and academic excellence
