Crop Consultant

What You’ll Do:

• Sell company products and services
• Maintain sales programs within assigned territory/accounts
• Responsible for meeting annual sales goals
• Monitor competitive activity and trends
• Knowledge of product features, benefits, and use
• Provide training to employees, as needed
• Initiate trials that will support marketing efforts
• Interpret soil, tissue, and water analysis
• Research and respond to technical inquiries
• Develop proprietary fertilizer formulations
• Publish and distribute periodic summaries of agronomic observations and research
• Maintain and build customer contacts

• Bachelor’s degree in an agriculturally based program
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry and the application of agricultural chemicals
• CCA Certification a plus, member in good standing, or ability to test for credentials
• Valid Driver’s License

The salary range for this role, in Woodland, CA, is between $60,000.00 – $. The range is general guidance and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
