Job Summary and Responsibilities

Patient Care:

  • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Provide clear and concise medical information.
  • Foster a collaborative and patient‑centered approach to healthcare.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
  • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.

Diagnostic Procedures:

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
  • Perform procedures as needed

Treatment Planning and Management:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies.
  • Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.

Collaboration and Consultation:

Job Requirements
  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license
  • BC within five years of training (ABMS or AOA)
  • Completion of an accredited post‑graduate training program

Woodland Clinic Medical Group (Woodland Clinic) is a multi‑specialty group with more than 150 provider members, that have continued to provide exceptional care for the residents Woodland, Davis and surrounding communities since 1911. Woodland Clinic is affiliated with Dignity Health, the largest integrated health system in California. We are in need of an additional new or experienced Urologist to join our urology service.
