Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at E‑Therapy. The successful candidate will provide physical therapy services to students in PreK‑12 schools, helping them improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and goals tailored to students' specific needs and abilities.
- Implement evidence‑based physical therapy interventions to improve students' motor skills, range of motion, and functional independence.
- Provide one‑on‑one and group therapy sessions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational team to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and timely.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' physical therapy needs.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience providing physical therapy services in a pediatric or school setting.
- Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric PT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in teletherapy or online counseling (preferred).
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology used in PT (preferred).

Physical Requirements (Working in a School Setting)Employees are required to stand, walk, and move around in various areas of the school facility.
