We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Einstein Analytics and data modeling.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in building visualizations, analyzing trends, and integrating data from multiple sources to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities- Work with project teams to develop, unit test, and document programs for Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Follow best practices and coding standards as defined by project requirements.
- Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
- Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Define and review technical requirements based on user stories.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to knowledge‑sharing activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with external systems like SAP, Workday, Success Factors, and Intune.
- Participate in planning, designing, testing, and implementing Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
- Create and maintain business rules, workflows, and data transformations.
- Support ERP/CRM practice activities such as case studies, reusable content, and internal seminars.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Model (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL, SAQL, SOQL, and JSON.
- Hands‑on experience with BI and ETL tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and build effective visualizations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Team‑oriented with a collaborative approach to problem‑solving.
- Certification in Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant (highly preferred).
- Experience developing in Agile environments using tools like Jira.
- Familiarity with Git Hub and Git Hub Copilot.
