Salesforce Functional QA

The Salesforce Functional QA is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications by validating business requirements, performing functional testing, and collaborating with development and business teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

• Review and understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Design and execute test cases for Salesforce features including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components.
• Perform functional regression and integration testing across Salesforce modules.
• Validate workflows, approval processes, data integrity, and security configurations.
• Document defects, track resolutions, and ensure timely closure.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning.
• Experience in functional testing and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Test Rail, or similar for test management.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, validation rules).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills?
