Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods (up to four hours). Must reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly. Must safely traverse between dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must speak clearly, listen attentively, wear protective hand and face coverings as required, work with disinfectant cleaning supplies, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
