Salary:
Basic $4000 to $5000 + performance bonus

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare precise cost estimates for underground utilities construction projects, considering materials, labor, and overheads. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Tendering & Procurement: Prepare and issue tender documents specific to underground utilities projects, analyze and evaluate tender submissions. Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes tailored to underground utilities construction needs.
• Cost Control & Monitoring: Monitor project costs and expenditures, providing regular financial reports and forecasts. Identify, manage, and report cost variations and claims, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Contract Administration: Draft, review, and manage contracts and subcontracts related to underground utilities construction. Resolve contractual disputes and issues, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, utility companies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. Provide expert advice on cost‑related matters and project feasibility for underground utilities projects.
