- Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in managing procurement and contract administration
- Review contract documents and provide cost estimates for tenders
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow, adjusting projections as needed
- Manage contract progressclaims, subcontract payments, and variation claims
- Resolve contract dispute sand assess claims for extensions of time and additional costs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
- Good Pay +Good allowance + Good Bonus
