Quantity Surveyor

• Basic Salary Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus

• Hands-on Involvement in Tendering and Contract Administration

• Exposure to Subcontract Procurement and Cost Management

• Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm;
  Saturday, 9am–1pm

Our Client, a Singapore-based construction company, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Quantity Surveyor.

You will be responsible for monitoring project costs, preparing tender documents and quotations, evaluating work progress and managing contractual claims.

• Monitor design and construction changes and update project cost projections.

• Estimate and forecast material costs required for projects.

• Prepare tender documents and obtain quotations for subcontract packages.

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, conduct cost comparisons and recommend awards.

• Assess and certify completed works and administer contract variations for main contracts and subcontracts.

• Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims promptly.

• Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.

• Able to prepare and manage tenders independently.

• Knowledge of construction costing, subcontract procurement and contract administration.
