School Operation Support Officer

Job Scope:

• To provide operations support for the smooth and effective operations of the school.

• To maintain the general cleanliness of the school including equipment(s) and workplace.

• To lock and unlock the doors of the classrooms and other rooms in the school.

• To open/close windows and doors of classrooms and other rooms in the school.

• To open and close the gates, doors of office and other buildings within the school premises.

• To provide logistical support for school events and activities, including carrying and arranging furniture, equipment, refreshments, etc.

• To assist in the preparation of logistics and equipment.

• To help carry stock, furniture, etc.

• To relief other operations support officers.

• To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-principals, Operations Manager or any other authorised officer.

• Pass in Primary School Leaving Certificate (PSLE) or equivalent
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to perform duties that require prolonged standing, walking, and handling of equipment where necessary.
• Preferably have some working experience in schools with a job scope that includes cleaning and logistics.

Contract Period:
From 3 October 2026 to 2 October 2027 (Option for a further period of 1 year from 3 October 2027 to 2 October 2028)

Working Arrangement

Monday to Fridays: inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

• From 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
• From 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• From 12:00 pm to 9:00pm (on needs basis – to support school events, if any)

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Salary: $2,200 to $2,300 per month
