- Mondays to Fridays: 7:15 am to 2:15 pm
Key Roles
Conduct fact-finding interviews for student disciplinary incidents.
Patrol behavioural hotspots during snack, transitions, recess, lunch, and dismissal.
Engage students proactively to build relationships and identify concerns early.
Propose and support school-wide behaviour education programmes.
Conduct regular check-ins with students needing behavioural support.
Facilitate reflective conversations using restorative approaches.
Supervise students on suspension.
Guide students in reflection journals, behaviour contracts, and action plans.
Liaise with parents to arrange meetings and communicate behaviour updates.
Explain school expectations and intervention strategies to parents.
Assist in preparing communication newsletters/letters to parents.
Requirements
GCE 'O' Level.
Proficient in basic Microsoft applications.
Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
