Position: 0210 ICT Trainer cum Executive

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 (12 months).

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of a one‑hour lunch break.
Working hours and services may be adjusted according to the school's needs.

Requirements:

At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in an IT-related discipline.
Good written and spoken English to deliver lessons, prepare learning resources and communicate with students and staff.
Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in photography, videography and video editing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic coding skills to teach students and support the Code for Fun Programme.
Relevant teaching or training experience in a primary school environment is preferred.

Job Scopes:

Teach staff and students to use Web 2.0 tools on tablets and laptops, and support ICT implementation and integration according to the school's needs.

Deliver Primary 1 to 6 ICT lessons covering touch typing in English, Chinese and Tamil; e-books;
Microsoft Word and Google Docs; tablet-based video puppetry;
PowerPoint and Google Slides; animation and stop motion; digital search and literacy;
Excel and Google Sheets; photo and video editing;
Procreate digital art;
Canva; and text-based or block-based coding. The school may revise these skillsets.

Conduct Digital Media Club CCA lessons and support Robotics CCA lessons according to weekly plans.

Work with teachers to develop lesson resources and assessments, plan and run ICT training, explore teaching tools, and support a positive e-learning environment.

Support ICT administration, asset management, procurement and stocktaking, and manage computer laboratory bookings.

Set up and manage ICT equipment and tools for school operations, including blue-screen and podcast recording, resource booking, surveys and parent‑teacher meetings.

Create survey platforms and results, presentations and posters; support events and competitions through montages, music and video editing, photography and video production.

Design and print ICT certificates for trained students and perform other duties assigned by School Leaders and designated ICT or school staff.

For Chinese or Tamil touch‑typing modules, the contractor will arrange a replacement trainer if the deployed trainer cannot deliver those modules.
