Responsibilities
- Operation of Facilities equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Facilities system when needed.
- Execution of maintenance activities as per schedule
- Execute & closure of MMS work orders.
- Execute Daily Log Recording
- Support to review and revise Equipment/System checklist periodically
- Response to operations/equipment issues
- Support all manufacturing and related areas, ensuring smooth operations and uphold environment safety.
- Support to execute document change when needed.
- Support Projects and Facilities Change Control (FCC) when needed.
- Monitor Environmental parameters & System/Equipment performance through Building Management System (BMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)
- Attend to Out-of-Specification (OOS) scenarios at manufacturing and related areas.
- Attend to any interruptions at the manufacturing and other related areas.
- Able to perform simple problem solving with least guidance.
- Able to generate simple Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report.
- Support on establishing Predictive Maintenance base Life Cycle Management plan.
- Support on Identifying, Procuring and Managing of critical spares for Equipment/System.
- Able to support the Annual Plant Shutdown activity execution.
- Generate Log trending for Engineer to review.
Requirements
- Preferably with working experience in a cleanroom/manufacturing facilities environment
NITEC/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
