Woodlands - Company transport provided from Admiralty MRT
- Support PLM/SAP operations, documentation (work instructions, test procedures), and on-site validation of assembly processes.
- Create/maintain OMS Pro documentation for product modules, mechanical assemblies (chambers, frames), and electrical harness routing.
- Develop test work instructions using building blocks, engineer inputs, and GUI screens.
- Assist in CAD-based jig/fixture design and collaborate cross-functionally for production solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency for tooling/testing equipment.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Control Engineering; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 2D & 3D modeling (e.g., PTC Creo), SAP PLM/ERP, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/scripting).
- Ability to interpret 2D/3D designs, GD&T, electrical/pneumatic schematics, and draft procedures/checklists.
- Knowledge of Lean, FMEA, 8D; cleanroom protocol adherence is a plus.
