Working Hours & Benefits:
12-Hour Shift (3-2-2-3 pattern)
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:45 AM
Basic Salary: $2,700 – $4,500 (based on experience)

$20/night
14 Annual leave, Medical & Dental Benefits
13th mth Bonus (AWS), Variable Bonus (depend on performance)

Job Scope:- Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to meet yield, cycle time, and quality targets
- Monitor production yield, investigate process excursions, and drive root cause corrective actions
- Verify product s for compliance with specifications and standards
- Analyze KPIV/KPOV data and process maps to maintain stable production performance
- Collaborate with engineers on troubleshooting, process improvements, and continuous improvement projects
- Support additional operational and engineering activities to meet department and company objectives
- Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Engineering, Mechatronics or similar studies.
- at least 1 year experience in engineering, not necessary in semiconductors industry.
