About the role
This role is part of a team responsible for providing technical and operation support, as well as after-sales services to our broad customers' base.
Mondays - Fridays, 8am - 5.30pm
Note:
On-Call Support required. Required to maintain 24/7/365 availability on a call basis to provide coverage and emergency support as necessary.
Operate and maintain water treatment system
Comply to regulatory and site EHS and security requirement
Perform first line troubleshooting
Top up Chemicals and replace consumables
Perform instruments calibration and analyzer routine maintenance
Collect and review operating data of the water treatment plant
Directly report to Site Lead for day-to-day operation
Be available for emergency on-call support outside of standard office hours as required by customer site requests
ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
At least 1 year of experience in a field service or maintenance position for water & process treatment field
Must be able to communicate in English for both written & verbal
