- Machine & Tooling Setup:Set upmulti-cavity, high-precision molds, core pulls, complex sliders, and auxiliary equipment.
- Process Optimization:Program andfine-tune critical parameters (multi-stage injection speeds, hold pressures,melt temperatures, and cycle times) for high-performance resins (e.g., PEEK,LCP, PPS, PEI).
- Advanced Troubleshooting:Diagnose and rectify technical molding defects such as micro-flash, gas burns, voids,sink marks, and warping to minimize downtime and scrap rates.
- Automation & Robotics:Operate,set up, and troubleshoot 3-axis/5-axis robotic sprue pickers and automatedvision inspection systems.
- Mould Care & Maintenance:Perform preventative maintenance on molds, cleaning tool inserts, core pins, andparting lines to maximize tooling longevity.
- Education:Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Technology,or a related technical discipline.
- Must be Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering
