We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee project feasibility studies and ensure compliance with technical standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful management of construction projects.

• Conduct feasibility studies for various projects and obtain necessary quotations and funding approvals
• Provide technical guidance during the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant authority requirements and recognized standards
• Supervise construction stages and perform inspections upon project completion
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing completed works
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Building/Project Management or a related field
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management
• Familiarity with the submission process for building plans to local authorities for approval
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite
• Demonstrate independence, resourcefulness, and an ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
• Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
