Position : Inhouse Recruiter

Venue : Woodlands

Working Hours : Regular Office Hours

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
• Match candidates to suitable internal positions.
• Coordinate contract signing and onboarding processes.
• Track and report on all recruitment activities using analytical data.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders in line with organizational policies.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment efforts and job fair events.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in-house or agency settings.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant recruitment tools.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
