IT Support, Technical Support
Maintain school ICT asset & inventory records; conduct monthly checks
Provide support for school ICT systems, including vendor-managed systems
Provide onsite troubleshooting for staff and students on devices and SSOE issues
Set up AV/IT equipment for lessons, events and presentations
C. Asset Management & MaintenancePerform routine checks on ICT & AV equipment to ensure classroom readiness
Coordinate repairs, servicing and equipment delivery with vendors
Configure and prepare devices for deployment to staff and students
D. Reporting & Project SupportReport and document missing/damaged equipment
Follow school processes and documentation requirements
Assist with MOE or school ICT rollout projects
E. Content & User SupportSupport teachers in software usage; conduct simple training/sharing sessions
Maintain digital media and shared folders
RequirementsQualifications & Skills
Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
Strong troubleshooting skills in ICT and AV systems
Good communication, organisation, and time management
Able to multitask, work independently and under pressure
Basic asset management knowledge
Software Skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
Basic photo/video/audio editing skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year ICT support or school-based ICT experience
Experience with secondary schools an advantage
AttributesResponsible, reliable, and willing to learn new systems
Able to follow school processes and support assigned tasks
Duration/Working hours:
12 months contract (Option to extend) 1 Mar 2026 to 28 Feb 2027
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
