Manufacturing​/Assembly Technician

Job Summary: Support manufacturing operations to ensure equipment performance, production output, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining safety and cleanroom standards.

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform basic tests, including leak tests, to ensure machine performance and quality standards.
• Identify defects, perform rework, and replace faulty components such as sensors and motors.
• Troubleshoot and rectify machine, module, or system malfunctions to support production operations.
• Report production issues and abnormalities promptly to engineers or supervisors.
• Assist engineers with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure clear and accurate pass-down communication to the next shift.
• Maintain cleanroom discipline, housekeeping standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering industries.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation, data entry, and system updates.
• Experience in equipment assembly, testing, or manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
