, where you will optimize Drive Backend Assembly processes and contribute to enhancing product performance through data-driven techniques and engineering principles.

• Conduct process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly, ensuring yield, cycle time, and quality outcomes meet established targets.

• Support compliance with product specifications and standards by overseeing product  buyoff.

• Monitor production yield, identifying any discrepancies, conducting process mapping, and implementing immediate containment measures while proposing corrective actions based on findings.

• Perform data queries and analysis to deliver insightful information for engineering teams.

• Ensure process sustainability by managing key operational variables and maintaining controlled operations.

• Collaborate with engineers to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency sustainably.

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities to support team and organizational objectives.

• Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines.

• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a constructive attitude.

• Strong resilience and adaptability, with an eagerness to tackle challenging assignments.

• Open-minded approach with a consistently positive work attitude.

• Strong data querying and analytical skills.

• Relevant experience in manufacturing processes is preferred, especially in areas such as process setup, buyoff, and mapping.

• Prior experience in failure analysis is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Training will be provided.

Training Period (First 2 Months)

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Permanent Night Shift (After Training)

• 7:30 PM - 7:45 AM

• 12-hour rotating shift (3-2-2-3):

  • Work 3 Days → Off 2 Days

  • Work 2 Days → Off 3 Days

• Breaks:

  • 45-minute meal break (unpaid)

  • 30-minute paid rest break

• Basic Salary: $2,700 - $4,500 (depending on skills and experience)

• Night Shift Allowance: $20 per shift
