Semiconductor Technician [Clean Room]
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Working Days: 5 days [Supporting shift required]
Location:
Woodlands
- Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow automated washing machines according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage the physical receipt, unpacking, and verification of incoming parts against documentation. Safely kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
- Repair Tracking: Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including creating RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and tracking turnaround times.
- Data Integrity: Promptly update the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap. Maintain flawless digital records.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
