Responsibilities
- Operate module-packaging, assembly, inspection and testing equipment according to approved work instructions.
- Load and unload materials during production.
- Perform basic machine checks and cleaning.
- Conduct visual inspection and check product quality.
- Record production output and inspection results.
- Report machine issues or defective products to the supervisor.
- Follow work instructions, safety, quality, cleanroom and ESD requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the workplace.
- Support other production activities as required.
- Secondary education, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent.
- Experience in electronics, semiconductor, assembly or precision manufacturing is a plus.
- Able to follow instructions and work carefully.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
