Quality Inspector (Flatwork) | | Up to $3,000

Job Summary :

Location: Woodlands
5-Day Work Week
Rotating Shift (2-Week Rotation)

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Gross Salary: $3,000++

• Company Transport / Grab Claim for 2nd Shift Staff

• AWS + Variable Bonus

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections on Flatwork products

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements

• Utilize measuring and inspection instruments to verify product dimensions and quality

• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation

• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming products

• Ensure measuring equipment is calibrated and properly maintained

• Support internal and external quality audits

• Handle optical components carefully to prevent damage

• Maintain workplace housekeeping, safety, and quality standards

• Participate in continuous improvement activities and quality initiatives

• Minimum O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing is an advantage

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with chemicals and in a manufacturing environment
