Oversees E&IC quality, inspections, and compliance for semiconductor projects, ensuring reliability of equipment, accurate documentation, and effective issue resolution across UPW and WWTP systems.

Manage E&IC technical matters related to pumps, valves, pressure vessels, tanks, and skids, including reviewing technical drawings and P&IDs
Perform incoming inspection of E&IC equipment to ensure quality, condition, and compliance with specifications
Review batch records and quality documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Prepare and maintain document submittal registers and quality records
Ensure all project E&IC quality documents are prepared, approved, and compliant with contract requirements
Review E&IC equipment processes, logs, and monitoring requirements to ensure proper operation
Analyze issues and perform problem-solving related to compliance, quality, and technical performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project, Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commissioning) to ensure product quality and timely delivery
Support customers on E&IC quality issues, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure tracking
Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and third-party inspectors for QA/QC compliance
Conduct supplier and subcontractor quality assessments to ensure adherence to project requirements
Report and track non-conformance (NCR) issues and elevate to QA Manager in a timely manner
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor / Electronics industry
Knowledge of UPW (Ultra Pure Water) and WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant) systems is required
Strong understanding of E&IC equipment, QA/QC processes, and technical documentation
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Positive attitude with strong ownership and initiative
