Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 10.45am - 8.30pm

Join dynamic retail team and play a key role in keeping store operations running smoothly! If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you.

• Perform daily administrative functions for the retail store
• Process SAP-related documents (invoice verification, goods receipt, data entry, filing)
• Handle incoming phone calls and manage office/housekeeping supplies replenishment
• Assist with stocktaking exercises
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Retail Manager

• O Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience (retail or hospitality preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
• No long holiday plans from October to mid‑January (super peak retail period)
