Location: Pioneer / Woodlands

• Basic Salary: $3,450 – $3,850 (based on experience)

12-hour shifts

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Shift Pattern:

• Group 1: Work Sun – Tue + Alternate Wednesday
• Group 2: Work Alternate Wednesday + Thu – Sat

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Plan and allocate manpower to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure KPIs and service levels are achieved.
• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, and dispatch.
• Coordinate stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancy investigations.
• Ensure accurate documentation (GRN, ASN, Delivery Orders, Pick Lists).
• Prevent inventory loss through proper warehouse controls and processes.
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse team members on SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety.
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence.
• Ensure warehouse equipment (RF scanners, MHE, printers) is properly maintained and utilised.

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
• Previous experience leading a warehouse or logistics operations team.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to commit to rotating 12-hour shifts.
