About this RoleReady to elevate our member experience? The Financial Service Representative II plays an important role in delivering personalized financial solutions and strengthening member relationships. In this role, you’ll assist members with complex transactions, guide them through their financial journeys, and proactively promote products and services that meet their needs, while ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values.
You will take the lead in creating exceptional member experiences through consultative conversations, teamwork, and a commitment to service excellence. Your expertise and care will help members achieve their financial goals while contributing to the growth and success of Security plus.

RequirementsIn this full-time non-exempt role, you’ll be responsible for:
Excellent Communication SkillsYou’re a natural communicator, making it easy for members to understand complex financial information, no matter the platform—be it face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing. Executing Transactions with PrecisionAccurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless service for every member interaction.
