Home Health Aid – Woodlawn​/North Bronx

Home Health Care Aide – Woodlawn – North Bronx – approximately 3 blocks from the Westchester border.

We are looking for an experienced, kind, and responsible home health aide who is interested in helping to care for our “almost 92-year-old mother who has dementia. Currently, one of her daughters is her full-time caregiver, but there are times when she must leave for a week at a time, and therefore, we need someone during those weeks. Responsibilities include attentive supervision, dressing, showering, bedtime and bathroom routines, light meal preparation, and providing a supportive, safe and friendly environment while living in the home.

Could be shared by 2 people or one if that person was willing to remain for 5- 7 days. References are a must.
