We are seeking a Service Now Developer to support a federal program in Woodlawn, MD. In this role, you will help design, develop, and implement Service Now capabilities that support enterprise service management, technical workflow automation, and operational reporting.

In this role, you will join a team responsible for delivering enhancements and new capabilities on the Service Now platform. You will participate in discussions and reviews with technical leads and architects to support solution design. You will help develop solutions that support automation, workflow optimization, and service management needs, and will contribute to the development of roadmaps and architecture documentation.

This position requires someone who can support the buildout of Service Now features across multiple areas of the platform and who can participate in solutioning activities in a fast-paced environment. You will help troubleshoot issues, support remediation activities, and contribute to the implementation of enhancements as needed.

This position is fully onsite at the client campus in Woodlawn, MD.

• Support the design, development, and implementation of Service Now capabilities.
• Participate in solution and integration design discussions with technical leads and architects.
• Assist in developing workflows, automation, and enhancements across the Service Now platform.
• Contribute to the creation of solution artifacts such as roadmaps, process documentation, and architecture diagrams.
• Troubleshoot issues and support fixes, enhancements, and remediation activities.
• Support the enhancement and maintenance of existing Service Now capabilities as required.

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, OR a Master's degree and 0 years of relevant experience, OR 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of Service Now development experience.
• Experience working with and/or supporting Service Now capabilities.
• Experience with scripting, workflows, forms, and Service Now development tools.
• Ability to work onsite full-time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, Master's degree with 0 years of experience, or 5+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (preferred).
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (preferred).
• One or more CIS certifications preferred (ITSM, CSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM, SAM, APM).
• ITIL v4 Foundations (preferred).
