Job Overview
The Retail Associate Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile’s customer-focused goals and ensuring Mobile Associate success.
Responsibilities include:
- Infusing store Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto and customer service standards.
- Ensuring customer needs are met, building confidence through a simple and comfortable experience.
- Observing and providing feedback on Mobile Associates’ customer interactions for development and coaching.
- Managing customer wait times and staying current on products, services, and promotions.
- Leading by example, staying updated on products, services, and leadership best practices.
- Maintaining store environment quality, visual displays, and adhering to procedures.
- Ensuring team knowledge of store systems and communications, managing financial results, and controlling expenses.
Experience Required:
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
