RESPONSIBILITIES- Various month‑end procedures and entries, including preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, review, and analysis, and Hyperion input
- Daily invoicing
- Cycle counts for multiple locations
- Inventory adjustments as needed
- Capex – setting up and obtaining project numbers; submit requests to capitalize/dispose, tracking project spend
- Cost adjustments as needed
- Provide analytical support to other departments as needed
- Perform various balance sheet reconciliations including bank and cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner
- Preparation of various ad‑hoc financial reports
- Cross‑train and serve as backup for other accounting duties
- Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very strong working knowledge of Excel required
- Proficiency with ERP systems, experience with D365 preferred

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- 3+ years prior experience at an Accountant level
- Confidence to question and challenge supervisors
- Proactive in all functions; organized and possess a very high attention to detail
- Ability to administer effective communication skills across all levels of the organization and work well under pressure and deadlines
- Excellent time‑management skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi‑task with minimal supervision
- Ability and willingness to take full ownership of a project
Work will be conducted in an office environment. Minimal travel required.
