Data Entry Clerk

Our client is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support critical data management and contract pricing activities within their ERP system. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, and systems while contributing to the accuracy of operational and customer information.

• Enter and maintain data accurately within the ERP system
• Review Excel spreadsheets and transfer information into ABSSolute
• Assist with contract pricing updates and data maintenance
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness
• Support ongoing ERP system projects and updates

Required:

• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy
• Comfort working with systems and following detailed processes

Preferred:

• ERP system experience
• Experience working with contracts or pricing information
• Administrative, accounting, or data management experience
• Experience maintaining large data sets
