Key Responsibilities- Document progress, conduct inspections, and collaborate with Resident Engineers to maintain project integrity.
- Oversee and manage municipal construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Ideally, 2 to 10 years of related experience.
- EIT or PE is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully managing municipal construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
