Lunchroom Supervisor

Description: To provide supervision and maintain a clean, orderly atmosphere in the lunchroom.

• Organizes students into orderly lines for purchasing food and directs them to assigned tables.
• Helps students develop and observe proper dining habits.
• Establishes procedures for entry, food purchase, seating assignments and waste disposal.
• Administers the Heimlich maneuver and basic first aid when needed.
• Circulates among the students during the lunch period and provides assistance as required.
• Informs the Principal of any serious infraction of disciplinary rules.
• Supervises students during lunchtime recess/daily P.E.
• Assists with cleanup inside the classroom as needed.
• Performs such other duties as the Principal may assign from time to time.

• High School Diploma.
• Demonstrates an aptitude for supervising children.
• Acceptance of any alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

1.5 hours per day, on full student attendance days.

$15.67 hourly.
