Project Coordinator – Actalent

Project Coordinator at Actalent, Contract to Hire, based in Woodridge, IL.

• Meet with Project Managers every Friday to capture weekly forecasting needs for internal personnel tasks and upcoming deadlines.
• Prepare and update the weekly Manpower Planning report.
• Track design deliverable deadlines and document manpower assignments.
• Coordinate overlapping team completion demands and define task priorities.
• Track proposal status, add Service Proposals (ASPs), and receipt of purchase orders (POs).
• Monitor engineer schedules, including PTO and travel arrangements.

• 2-15 years of experience in a related field.
• Project coordination and scheduling experience.
• Experience in project management within construction or engineering firms.
• Ability to coordinate internal projects, people, and schedules.
• Experience with Vantage Point is a bonus.
• Must have experience at a design or construction firm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodridge, IL. This is a hybrid position.

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr final date to receive applications:
