Key Responsibilities

Critical Case Support &Resolution

• Providediagnosticguidanceforcomplex,high-priority,orunresolvedfieldconcerns.
• Validatecontainmentactionsandcorrectivesolutionsforescalatedconcerns.
• Performadvanceddiagnosticsandpartnerwith Engineeringtovalidatehypotheses.

Field Issue Configuration & Cross Functional Collaboration

• Documentcomplexconcernswithcompletedata,including logs,videos,freeze-framedata,telematics,dutycycle,and conditions.
• Escalatecriticalconcernswithnecessaryevidenceto Engineering,Field Quality,and Product
  
  Support.
• Maintain global Issue Masteraccuracyforvisibilityandconsistency .
• Participateinrootcauseandcorrectiveactionreviewstoimproveproductquality.
• Serveasthe Voiceofthe Customerbygatheringinputfromcustomers .
• Translate real-worldoperatingconditionsintoactionabletechnicalinsights.

Launches,Training&Knowledge Transfer

• Supportearlywarningactivitiesfornewlauncheswithselectedfleets.
• Shareemergingissuefeedbackwithrelevantinternalteams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor'sDegreein Mechanical Engineering ,Engineering Technology,Industrial Engineering,orrelatedtechnicalfield.
• Minimum5yearsofexperiencewithdieselengines,powertrain,diagnostics,product quality,field engineering,technical service,orrelatedarea.
• Experiencetroubleshootingcomplexmechanical,electrical,andelectronicsystems.
• Experienceworkingwithcustomers,dealers,technicians,OEMs.
• Stronganalyticalskills,includingrootcauseidentificationandcorrectiveactiondevelopment.
• Experience collecting,documenting,andanalyzingtechnicalfielddata.
• Abilitytotravelextensivelythroughouttheassignedterritoryandotherlocations.
• Valid driver'slicenseandabilitytooperateapersonalvehicleforbusinesstravelandrentalvehiclesasrequired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Officeapplicationsanddiagnosticsoftwaretools .
• Abilitytoworkindependentlywithlimitedsupervisionwhileeffectivelymanagingmultiplepriorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advancedknowledgeofdieselengineandaftertreatmentsystemtechnologies.
