Planet Art is seeking a Temporary IT Ops Support to assist our Woodridge facility on a 2nd shift with mandatory overtime during peak periods. The role focuses on helpdesk tasks, hardware and software support, and Citrix assistance. Local candidates willing to work nights and weekends are required. Position ends 12/18/26.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot Citrix, printers, networks, and RF devices for warehouse operations, manage AD/365, and adapt to VMware as a plus.
