Salary Range: $70,690.00 - $ annually (base salary, eligibility for annual incentive pay)

Primary RoleSupervises day-to-day plant maintenance and control room operations in accordance with company policies and procedures and all applicable governmental laws and regulations.
Key Accountabilities- Supervise and coordinate plant maintenance and control room work groups.
- Ensure policies, procedures, programs, and performance are adhered to to maintain operational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
- Train and develop personnel in proper operational integrity (quality, environment, reliability, health, safety, security, etc.).
- Review control logic strategies and implement programming to optimize control strategies for treatment and pumping processes and automate where appropriate. Perform quality assurance checks of automation and process control systems.
- Handle customer service-related issues as needed.
- Implement coaching and development of employees, including idea generation, within respective functional areas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Process Control vendors.
- Support managers in effective people management policies and practices, including time and attendance, workforce management, and workforce development. Reinforce the importance of developing a diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with other functional leads to mitigate business risks, implement effective communications at all levels, provide leadership to adapt to changing business environments, and support an open and honest work environment.
- Assist with water operations as needed.
- Knowledge of the regulated water business and the regulations impacting the business.
- Knowledge of process and operational areas.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in operations.
- State license preferred. Must possess valid driver’s license.
Local and occasional regional travel.
Work Environment- Indoor and outdoor environment.
