HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN WOODRIDGE, IL

This role is responsible for ensuring precision affixing lines are properly set up and maintained to meet production deadlines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Pay, Schedule, and

Location:

• Starting at $26 to $28/hour, paid weekly
• Rotating 12-hour schedule, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
• Located in Woodridge, IL

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain machine workflow to ensure on-time production
• Complete documentation for downtime, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Perform basic machine setup, minor changeovers, and stock or version changes
• Operate and troubleshoot production lines; clear jams and restart equipment as needed
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure proper glue setup and software configuration
• Diagnose and resolve minor and advanced machine issues
• Train other Maintenance Technicians and provide hands-on technical support
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements and

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience following maintenance policies and procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions
• Basic computer and software skills for diagnostics and job setup
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
• Consistent attendance and commitment to safety standards
