Material Handler

Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor in the tradeshow hardware and graphics industry, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Shipping department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Rate:**  $17.00 - $18.00

** Shift:
** 2nd shift:
Monday-Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm schedule with OT as needed

** What's the Job?*
* + Loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods

+ Moving stock to designated locations within the warehouse

+ Preparing goods for production and shipment

+ Maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software

+ Operating warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, Combilift, and Walker safely and efficiently

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Experience or ability to learn operating warehouse machinery like forklifts

+ Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and record keeping

+ Effective teamwork and communication skills
